Ingredients
For the fish:
π 4 hake fillets (or any white fish)
π§ Salt and pepper, to taste
π Lemon juice (for drizzling)
πΏ Dried parsley
πΎ 1 teaspoon flour (for dusting)
π’οΈ Olive oil for brushing
For the fries:
π₯ 4 large potatoes
π§ Salt, to taste
π’οΈ Olive oil for baking
Preparation
1. π₯£ Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. π Season the hake fillets with salt, pepper, a drizzle of lemon juice, and sprinkle with dried parsley. Let rest for 10 minutes.
3. πΎ Lightly dust the fillets with flour and brush with olive oil.
4. π₯ Bake for 20β25 minutes until crispy and golden.
5. π₯ Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Toss with olive oil and salt.
6. π Spread fries on a separate baking tray and bake at the same time, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp (about 25β30 minutes).
7. π½οΈ Serve the baked fish with crispy fries and extra lemon wedges.
