Description

Ingredients

  • 🥥 200 g grated unsweetened coconut (2 cups / 7 oz)
  • 🍬 250 g granulated sugar (1¼ cups / 8.8 oz)
  • 🥚 2 large eggs
  • 🥛 30 ml whole milk (2 tbsp / 1 fl oz)
  • 🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ❄️ Pinch of salt

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt.
