Ingredients

  • 🐟 2 white fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or snapper), 300 g total (10.5 oz)
  • 🍋 Juice of 1 lime
  • 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ 1 fresh chili (guajillo or jalapeño), thinly sliced
  • 🧅 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • 🧅 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 🌿 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (15 g / 0.5 oz)
  • 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 🫔 2 sheets parchment paper (or foil)

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • 2️⃣ In a bowl, marinate fish with lime juice, garlic, chili, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
