Description
Refreshing, lightly savory yogurt drink with roasted cumin and mint โ cooling, frothy, and insanely thirst-quenching ๐ง๐ฟ.

Ingredients
๐ฅ Plain full-fat yogurt, chilled: 300 ml (1ยผ cups / 10 fl oz)
๐ง Cold water (or soda water for extra fizz): 150โ200 ml (โ

๐ง Fine salt: ยผโยฝ tsp (1.5โ3 g), to taste
๐ฟ Roasted cumin powder: ยฝ tsp (1.5 g)
โซ Black pepper, a pinch (optional)
๐ฟ Fresh mint leaves, chopped: 1 tbsp (3 g)
โ๏ธ Ice cubes: 4โ6
๐ Lemon juice (optional brightness): 1โ2 tsp (5โ10 ml)
Preparation
1๏ธโฃ Add ๐ฅ yogurt, ๐ง water/soda, ๐ง salt, ๐ฟ cumin, โซ pepper (if using), and ๐ lemon (optional) to a blender.
2๏ธโฃ Blend 30โ40 s until frothy. Add โ๏ธ ice and pulse a few times.
