Ingredients

  • 🥔 500g store-bought gnocchi (uncooked)
  • 🍅 400g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 🧀 200g mozzarella, torn into chunks
  • 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🌱 Fresh basil, for serving

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • 2️⃣ In a baking dish, combine uncooked gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, 🧄 garlic, 🧂 seasoning, 🌿 oregano, and 🫒 olive oil. Mix well.
  • 3️⃣ Add half the 🧀 mozzarella and stir again.
  • 4️⃣ Top with remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil.
  • 5️⃣ Bake for 20 min, then uncover and bake 5 more min until golden and bubbling.
  • 6️⃣ Top with fresh 🌱 basil and serve hot.
